Organise work around the property
Use rooms for work inside a home and name the work areas to suit the job. Keep the address, project details and progress together so a worker knows which property and area they are attending. For a commercial project, use clear room or area names that your team recognises.
Plan visits across a mixed workload
Allocate workers across domestic, commercial and new-build jobs in the same weekly schedule. Plan a return visit for a later stage and check worker availability before assigning it. Recorded holiday and sickness help the office see when a different person needs to cover the work.
Leave useful information for the next worker
Add notes, progress photos and issues to the relevant job or work area. A decorator can record the finish needed in a room; a plumbing team can leave access or readiness information for its next visit. These records stay with the job rather than disappearing into separate messages.
Bring worker records back to the office
Workers use the app to see their allocations and record attendance and progress. The office reviews weekly timesheets and worker invoices in the same workspace. TradeCore’s invoice workflow is for your workforce: it does not replace customer quoting, accounting or trade certification software.
