Can I manage domestic and commercial work together?
Yes. You do not have to choose between domestic, commercial and new-build work. The same TradeCore company workspace can manage all three together.
Can I organise a domestic property by rooms?
Yes. Organise a property by rooms or work areas and keep allocations, stages, notes and photos with the relevant work. You can also manage the job as a whole when separate rooms are not needed.
Can I manage larger commercial sites and work areas?
Yes. Manage several properties, sites and work areas within the same company. All plans include unlimited sites; choose your plan around your active worker numbers.
Can different workers be allocated to different jobs or areas?
Yes. Allocate workers to the right job, work area and stage. You can schedule more than one allocation in a day when a worker needs to visit different jobs.
Can I manage repeat or return visits?
Yes. Schedule further visits and keep the previous job notes, photos and issues available for the returning worker. Each visit can be allocated to the appropriate stage.
Can I use pricework as well as hourly or day work?
Yes. Use all three in the same company. Connect a job or work area to a pricework task, track its progress and completion, then review it for approval and worker invoicing. Hourly and day work use time records and weekly timesheets. You can also hold retention against pricework snags and release it once checked.
Do workers need a laptop?
No. Workers can use TradeCore from their phone. Office staff can use the same workspace from desktop, tablet or mobile.
Does TradeCore invoice my customers?
TradeCore’s current invoice workflow is for worker and subcontractor invoices and their review. It is not a customer quoting and invoicing package. Specialist accounting, certification and testing software remains separate where required.
Does the free trial need a payment card?
No. Try TradeCore for 30 days with all features, unlimited sites and your selected plan’s active-worker allowance. Administrators and managers do not count towards that allowance. You choose whether to subscribe; the trial does not automatically charge you.
