Give each person the right access
- Full administrators control administrator creation, roles and access.
- Office staff can manage day-to-day operations but cannot create, remove or change access for administrators.
- Contracts managers work within assigned sites and workers. Company-wide settings and accounting connections are outside the restricted manager role.
- Workers see their assigned work and own records. Company administrators manage pay rates, allocations and approval decisions.
A worker cannot see a job
- Check the worker account, company and allocation date. Confirm the job is assigned to the correct worker.
- Ask the worker to connect and refresh or sync. New allocations are not available on an offline device until downloaded.
- A full administrator should check assigned scope if a manager cannot see the relevant site or worker.
