Can I allocate different electricians to different sites or stages?
Yes. Assign electricians to the relevant work areas and stages in your schedule. Plan first-fix work and return visits, with notes about access or readiness for the next team.
Does TradeCore create electrical certificates?
No. TradeCore organises the work, people, stages and associated records. It does not create electrical certificates, validate compliance or replace your specialist certification software and required testing procedures.
How do I keep certification information connected to the job?
Use the certification workflow stage, job notes and supporting photos to keep the office informed about progress and follow-up work. Continue creating and maintaining formal certificates in your specialist certification system.
Can we track snags and outstanding issues?
Yes. Record issues, notes and progress photos against the job or work area. The returning team can see what needs attention, and the office can follow the recorded progress.
Can I use hourly or day work and pricework?
Yes. Manage all three in the same company. Time-based work uses attendance records and weekly timesheet review. Pricework uses task start, completion and approval, with retention available for agreed snags.
Does the free trial need a payment card?
No. Try TradeCore for 30 days with your selected active-worker allowance, all features and unlimited sites. Administrators and managers do not count towards the worker allowance. You choose whether to subscribe; the no-card trial does not automatically charge you.
